Learn about Gordon Hartman and how one idea grew into a place designed for inclusion.

Coordinated support for individuals with disabilities — and their families

For many families, finding the right support can feel overwhelming.

Services are often spread across different organizations, locations, and systems. Without clear guidance, individuals and caregivers are left to navigate complex decisions on their own.

Morgan’s MAC was created to change that. Instead of navigating multiple systems separately, individuals and families have a clearer, more connected path forward.

By bringing healthcare, therapy, and community services together, we make it easier to navigate everyday needs.

Meet Our Board

A model shaped by real needs

Morgan’s MAC is part of a broader effort to rethink how support systems work for individuals with disabilities.

We’re continuously working to improve the approach through our Inclusion Institute as well as research, data, and real-world feedback. In partnership with the University of Texas at San Antonio, we created the Evaluation and Research Coordinating Center (ERCC) to better understand outcomes, identify gaps, and strengthen services over time.

Just as important, community input helps guide decisions — from program development to long-term priorities — to make sure the work reflects the needs of the people it serves.

Morgan’s MAC works alongside healthcare providers, nonprofits, educators, and community organizations to create a more complete support system.

This collaboration helps providers stay connected, reduces gaps, and helps create more consistent support for individuals and families.
