At Morgan’s MAC, our partners provide healthcare, social services, therapies, and other resources which come together to provide holistic care that many in the disability community require. Morgan’s MAC has established a community of partners, each providing expert services like social, legal, financial planning, long-term care planning, housing, job training, education, and peer support. The perk of partnering with Morgan’s MAC is that everything is integrated and coordinated through a customized navigation and tracking system (MACNav™), which lifts the stress of finding resources and tools off the individual or a caretaker.
This pioneering approach represents the future of how health care, as well as social and community services, can be made available for individuals with disabilities. Service delivery to clients, or MAC Members, is focused on being comprehensive, complementary, and synergistic to provide revolutionary experiences and outcomes for individuals with disabilities through improved coordination and communication among our partner organizations (MACers).
